Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days after confirmation, depending on the order queue at the time. To ensure timely processing:

• Orders placed before 7:00 PM (local time) on a business day will be processed starting the same day.
• Orders placed after 7:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
